24 HOUR RECEPTION

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At the Isard reception you will be able to check-in and check-out quickly and conveniently. In addition, we offer a wide range of services within the hotel, as well as tourist information to let you know about the main attractions of Andorra, the mountain activities or any other information of interest.

RESTAURANT & GASTRONOMY

Discover the best gastronomy in the city at the Isard Restaurant. Our Chef will introduce you to a sophisticated combination of traditional Catalan and Andorran dishes, with a touch of French cuisine, with a sublime menu adapted to seasonal produce.

CAFÉ AND TERRACE

Have something with us. The Isard café is one of the most emblematic in the city. Take advantage of this space as it is the ideal corner in which to relax reading the newspaper, drinking a delicious coffee or enjoying a catch-up with family, friends or loved-ones. In addition, don’t miss our morning and afternoon menu with its varied and healthy range of quality products, in a quiet and sophisticated environment.

DELICATESSEN

Discover our selection of gourmet products at Isard’s Delicatessen Store. You will find specialties with the highest quality such as chocolates, jams, cookies and other traditional and seasonal products, all of them made with the best raw materials. Isard’s Delicatessen shop is located in our Coffee and bakery shop, near the restaurant, at the Hotel’s main floor.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

We take care of your clothes. The Isard hotel has its own laundry service and is available to all customers 7 days a week. Take your clothes to the hotel reception and we will take care of the rest. Consult our rates and estimated delivery time at reception.

LUGGAGE AND SKI STORAGE SERVICE

Don’t worry about bags and luggage! we offer a luggage storage service available 24 hours a day for clients who arrive before check-in or those who wish us to store their luggage on the departure’s day. In addition, we have a storage space special for ski equipment, so you don’t have to store it in your room or in the car.

WIFI CONNECTION

Enjoy the best Wi-Fi connection at Hotel de l’Isard. Whether you are on vacation or coming to Andorra la Vella for business, we offer you a free Wi-Fi service in all facilities, including rooms and restaurant.

PETS

At Hotel del Isard we love animals and we know that your pet is one of the family. That is why we are proud to be a Pet Friendly Hotel in the centre of Andorra. We invite you to travel with your pet regardless of size, weight or breed. Check with reception our pet policy to make sure that we have everything prepared before your arrival. Pets have a supplement of €12 per day and per pet.

PARKING

The Isard hotel is located in the centre of the city, in the heart of the commercial area and where the main shopping area is located. We have private parking at the hotel and have agreements with other nearby car parks to make the practicalities quick and easy. Enjoy the centre of Andorra with no worries.
